About Northern Industries

Northern Industries serves as the parent company for a consortium of steel fabrications firms, all located within the U.K. As of 2023, the group encompasses four distinct business units, and we are continuously seeking acquisition opportunities within the UK steel industry, with a focus on companies serving 'sensitive industries' that demand precision and customisation. Over the next three years, we plan to acquire an additional one to two new business units annually. 

Each business unit is led by a dedicated Managing Directorresponsible for daily operations, while our corporate management team focuseson ongoing M&A activities, extracting synergies across the group, optimisingbusiness units, and implementing various ESG initiatives. Our ultimate ambitionis to evolve into a fully integrated steel fabrication group with a significantpresence in the U.K.
